Payment Policy – AYUSHJ STAR INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED
We accept both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid payments for all online orders. For prepaid
payments, we support Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit/credit cards, along with
multiple integrated digital wallets.
For Visa and MasterCard transactions, you must enter your 16-digit card number, card expiry date,
and the 3-digit CVV code. For American Express, you must enter the 15■digit card number and
4■digit security code.
If the amount is deducted but no confirmation is received, contact:

• Date & Time of Transaction
Shipping Policy
• Shipping charges are shown at checkout.
• Order confirmation is shared via Email/SMS.
• Tracking link is shared after dispatch.
• Delivery time: 4–7 working days (Mon–Fri).
• Sale periods may cause delays.
• Partial shipments may occur.
• Track orders via Track My Order page.
Delivery Policy
• Safety and hygiene measures may cause delays.
• COD available unless restricted during promotions.
• Do not accept tampered/damaged packages.
• Report undelivered orders (marked delivered) within 24 hrs.
• Report missing/wrong/damaged items within 24 hrs.• Not liable for damages after delivery.
• Delivery pauses may occur.
• Correct Pin Code required.
• Delivery timeframe: 5–10 days.
Cancellation Policy
• Orders marked ‘fulfilled/dispatched’ cannot be cancelled.
• Cancellation before fulfillment can be done via account login.
• Support team can assist if required.
Return & Exchange Policy
Products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
Contact support within 24 hours for refund/replacement. Investigation may require images of
product, packaging, and invoice.
Full Refund/Replacement if:
• Items missing
• Product damaged or leaking
• Wrong item delivered
• Expired product received
Not Eligible if:
• Product used/tampered
• Invoice missing
• Batch/MRP/Manufacturing details altered
• Original packaging missing
• Complaint after 24 hrs
• Allergic reactions after usage
Refund Policy• Proof may be required.
• Prepaid refunds: 5–7 working days.
• COD refunds via bank transfer: up to 15 working days.
